And to remind folks, Conahan upheld the eviction of Paragon, saying they didn't file some papers in time. Oh by the way, they had to be filed in the county office run by Powell's partner in his law firm, Jill Moran, who was also attorney for Gladstone. Let's see how far down the indictments trickle.

The indictment also mentions Zapalla, who just happens to be Powells partner in the airport scheme.

Really? That's great. What ever became of the other guy, Marciano I think his name is. The former mayor.

They were up against a machince that was making money for the lawyer, the judge, and everyone else involved. With all this coming out there was no way for a fair trial, since undoubtedly the judge got money kicked back to him for siding with Powell. Now that the wheels are spining and they're tracing money, they'll find it out. Hopefully, there will be enough against Powell to throw him in jail too. Other cases are now being appealed, and looked at for retrials, the "airport" has no major support from any of the big 3 shippers, the leading man in the push for it is paying off judges, and the economy *****. Let's help it out some, and at least get a fair trial for paragon so they can reopen somewhere on the east coast..................................

Don't worry folks. We are doing all we can! It might not have seemed like it but papers were always going back and forth and we've been scheduled and rescheduled in court many times over the past two years. Despite the recent news, there are still channels we have to go through (and we are). We are doing our best at trying not to get too giddy about this , so keep your chainsaws in your garage for now and keep your fingers crossed! But above everything else, we want to thank all of you who supported us and believed in us through it all.

OK,
I keep posting up trying to find a new Paragon flag because I always wheel with mine and it's getting a bit wooped. Does anyone have one for sale?
